Lowell "Scoff" Haney, Springfield, formerly of Marshfield, passed away at Cox Medical Center North on April 10, 1999. At the time of his death, he was 74 years of age. He is survived by his wife, Norma Haney: one son, Frank Haney of Springfield; two daughters, Diana AL-Bibi of Saudi Arabia and Sharon AL-Bibi of Saudi Arabia; one grandson, Jason and his wife, Shellie Albright and their two children of Clever; sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren' one sister, Maxine Loomis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and many relatives and friends. Private graveside services were held.
